StealthFyre

One flat-pack stainless panel system. Dozens of stoves. Built to be carried in, not hauled in.

One system.
Every stove you need.

StealthFyre is a single set of interlocking 24-gauge 304 stainless steel panels. The same panels assemble into a rocket stove, a tunnel stove, a windbreak, a chimney — then break down flat and go back in the pack.

No welds. No tools. No single-purpose gear taking up space you don't have.

  • Interlocking panels — assembled by hand, in the field
  • Packs flat, carries light
  • 304 stainless steel, built to keep going
  • Reconfigures instead of being replaced
  • Made by hand in the USA, one kit at a time

Made to order,
by hand.

StealthFyre is not mass produced. Every kit is built one at a time, by one person, after you order it.

Each panel has its protective backing stripped, its edges deburred by hand until they are clean to the touch, and every fold bent individually on a purpose-built tool. The finished kit is wrapped, boxed and addressed by the same pair of hands. Nothing here is stamped out in a plant and pulled off a warehouse shelf.

That work takes time. Expect about two weeks from order to mailbox. Panel stock is limited and the kits share the same panels between them — so when a run is spoken for, it is genuinely gone until the next one.
